No returns on printed or customized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue may be evaluated and corrected. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returns for Damaged Items

Return for damaged items must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your replacement, please contact us at info@crazycustom.com.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 6 hours of when the order is placed. Please send cancellation requests through our contact form, or email us at info@crazycustom.com
